If the repair can be done on the same day, it will be but if we have to order replacement or specialist parts, we will order them the same day and then arrange to come back at a time convenient to you and make the repairs.

We have a fixed labour charge and a transparent cost structure and we never pass on stealth costs such as fuel, parking, Congestion Charge or toll fees and before we arrive, we will make you aware of our charges and fees so there are no unpleasant surprises.

• All our engineers are skilled with the experience of working with the full range of multiband equipment. If it’s a simple fault we can fix on site or if you need a like-for-like replacement, we will give you all the available options
• All our repairs are covered with a 3 month parts and labour warranty
• Customer service is at the forefront of our service offering and we can offer appointments that suit you. We can even arrange to visit you on the weekend
• All customers are given a unique job number allowing them to track their repairs 24hrs a day so they know at what stage the repairs are at
