A member of our team will contact you shortly to confirm/amend your booking and will try their best to accommodate your preferred appointment slot. During the call, you will also be requested to make the one-off payment for the Labour charge only. This payment will be fully refunded should you contact us to cancel your appointment before the day of the scheduled visit.

To avoid you having to wait at home, our engineer will call you when they are on the way to your property.
