Gas Safety Inspections & Certificates – as mentioned above, it’s a legal requirement for landlords to ensure all gas appliances (boilers, cookers and other appliances) are regularly checked and deemed safe to use. After we inspect the property and providing everything is in order, we will issue with a full inspection report which remains valid for one year.
