Here at Repair Force, we understand that when a customer purchases a new item, they don’t expect faults within the first few years.
We work with a wide range of manufacturers and we understand the parameters of their warranties. In addition, feedback from our customers suggests that they prefer to deal with a local, friendly and responsive repair company rather than wading through the call centres and bureaucracy of the manufacturers themselves.
Also, our service agreements can be tailored giving each manufacturer peace of mind and comfort in the knowledge that their loyal customers are being supported by Repair Force.
Should you experience a fault and your product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will attend to repairs quickly and endeavour to fix your fault as quickly as possible.
We understand that when a new item becomes faulty, the customer expects the repair done as soon as possible rather than multiple visits. All our engineers carry ‘van stock’, i.e. the most commonly used parts, which allows them to complete 80-85% of repairs on the first visit, but if we have to return with specialist parts, we order them the same day and then we will call the customer to arrange a convenient time to make the repairs.
